Print the order form, list what you want and fax or call in your order - it's as simple as that.

It's always useful to have a spare.
Adhere to dry skin with spirit gum or double sided tape.
To prevent a 'stache from pulling off when smiling or singing; cut the backing in two at center under nose, then attach each half separately with center edges touching.
