Based On

concept originated as a line of greeting cards featuring a nun offering tart quips with a clerical slant. The cards caught on so quickly that Goggin decided to expand the concept into a cabaret show called The Nunsense Story

In addition to the requisite nun habits available for rental, we offer the DYING NUN HAT and SR MARIE ANNETTE, a hand puppet who figures prominently in the story.

Plot Synopsis

The action takes place in Mt. Saint Helen's School Auditorium in Hoboken, New Jersey, at the present time. The show concerns a fund-raiser that the sisters of Mt. St. Helen's are putting on to raise enough money to bury the sisters that were accidentally poisoned from the vichyssoise soup prepared by the convent cook.

We believe you should be able to order one hat, two props, an entire show, or anything in between - it's one of your basic theatrical freedoms.
